As an AACAST-certified couples and sex therapist (2025), Dr. Babin trained in evidence-based approaches to help partners build secure, satisfying connections. Our practice supports couples, individual adults, teens/tweens and their families.
Relationships are living systems. Over time, stress, misattunement, and unspoken experiences can pull partners out of sync. Couples therapy provides a thoughtful space to explore these moments with care – helping you reconnect emotionally, understand one another more fully, and rediscover the sense of partnership that brought you together. Many couples find this process opens the door to renewed closeness, resilience, and shared meaning. [more…]
High-responsibility roles demand constant focus, decision-making, and leadership. Over time, this level of pressure can lead to intense stress, isolation, and strain in both work and personal relationships. Therapy offers a confidential space to step back, gain perspective, and understand the systems you operate within – at work and in your personal life.
Through this process, you can develop clearer self-awareness, a more effective leadership style, and a stronger integration between your professional role and personal identity. Many find this leads to better decision-making, improved relationships, and a more sustainable way of living.

Therapy offers a private, supportive space to explore what’s often left unspoken, build confidence in relating to others, and develop the skills to form deeper, more authentic connections. [more…]
